Dear colleague

I have just heard from Lucy D’Orsi that after three years on the Borough she is moving on to a new posting within the Met.

She particularly asked me to pass on her thanks to all NHW Coordinators for the help and support they have given her during her time in H&F.

We know that a lot has changed in local policing during her tenure and I think it is testimony to Lucy’s command that the reduction in crime in our Borough has been one of the strongest in London.

Lucy has been a great supporter of Neighbourhood Watch and I’m sure her successor will continue.

Gideon Springer (currently in Brent) will start at the beginning of March and I hope we will have the opportunity to introduce him to you at our AGM in June – date to be confirmed.

In the meantime I’m sure you will join me in wishing Lucy all the very best in her future policing career.
